About This Role

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Arabic speaking Sales & Channel Manager to lead enterprise sales growth and strategic partner development across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in managing and expanding existing enterprise relationships (“farmer” profile first), while also having the capability to develop new channel partnerships and drive regional growth initiatives.

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding market presence, strengthening strategic client relationships, and building a scalable partner ecosystem across the digital transformation, data, cloud, and AI landscape.

Enterprise Account Growth & Relationship Management

  • Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts across the UAE and KSA.
  • Build long-term trusted relationships with key stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients on digital transformation, AI, data, and technology initiatives.
  • Drive account retention, customer satisfaction, and long-term revenue growth.

Channel & Partner Development

  • Develop and expand channel partnerships, alliances, and ecosystem relationships across the region.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners to drive indirect sales growth.
  • Build go-to-market plans with technology, consulting, and reseller partners.
  • Strengthen the company’s regional positioning through collaborative partnerships and market engagement.

Business Development & Commercial Leadership

  • Support new business acquisition across enterprise and government sectors.
  • Own commercial discussions, solution positioning, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to develop tailored client solutions.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasting across direct and channel opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, executive meetings, and networking forums.

Requirements

  • 7–20 years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, channel sales, or business development.
  • Strong “farmer” profile with proven success growing and managing enterprise accounts.
  • Experience developing channel partnerships and strategic alliances within the UAE and KSA markets.
  • Background selling digital transformation, AI, data, analytics, cloud, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions.
  • Established network within enterprise and/or government sectors across the GCC.
  • Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and enterprise buying processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially driven with strong negotiation and strategic selling capabilities.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Background

  • Experience working with technology vendors, consulting firms, system integrators, or enterprise solution providers.
  • Exposure to AI, advanced analytics, cloud platforms, and data modernization initiatives.
  • Arabic language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
