Business Analyst – AI Solutions

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Understand business challenges and identify opportunities where AI/ML solutions can improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Work closely with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies for AI initiatives.
• Participate in requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and solution discussions.
• Support implementation of AI-based applications such as chatbots, predictive analytics, recommendation engines, automation tools, and Generative AI solutions.
• Define KPIs, reporting metrics, and success criteria for AI projects.
• Assist in UAT planning, test case preparation, and validation of delivered solutions.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables align with business expectations.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards.
• Stay updated with latest trends in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and business process automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience working on AI/ML or data-driven projects.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, Machine Learning lifecycle, Generative AI, NLP, or automation solutions.
• Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and business process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Banking, Fintech, Healthcare, Retail, or Digital Transformation projects.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Certification in Business Analysis, Agile, or AI-related technologies is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools is preferred.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA or relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
