Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Solutions Developer to design, develop, and implement Artificial Intelligence solutions that support business operations, automation, and decision-making processes.
The candidate will work on AI models, machine learning applications, intelligent automation, and system integrations to enhance operational efficiency and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI and Machine Learning solutions.
- Build and maintain AI-powered applications, chatbots, prediction models, and automation tools.
- Integrate AI services and APIs with existing enterprise systems and applications.
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to improve AI model performance.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify AI opportunities and requirements.
- Optimize AI models for scalability, performance, and accuracy.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance deployed AI solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, workflows, and user guides.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, and data governance standards.
- Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in AI/ML development and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Python, Java, or other programming languages.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and system integrations.
- Understanding of data analytics, NLP, computer vision, or generative AI concepts.
- Knowledge of DevOps, MLOps, and AI deployment practices is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Preferred Skills
- Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Knowledge of AI governance and ethical AI practices.
- Experience in automation platforms and intelligent workflow systems.
- Familiarity with cloud AI services such as Azure AI, AWS AI, or Google AI.
