AI Solutions Engineer

What You'll Do

• Assess, recommend, and implement AI platforms and infrastructure tailored to the entity's strategic objectives — whether built internally, integrated from third-party solutions, or a hybrid approach
• Design and deploy large language models, AI agents, and intelligent automation workflows for document analysis, data analytics, and reporting
• Design AI solutions supporting audit functions including automated review of financial statements, contract analysis, regulatory compliance checking, fraud pattern detection, and risk assessment across government entities
• Develop intelligent document processing workflows capable of extracting, classifying, and analyzing large volumes of audit evidence including financial records, procurement documents, and government reports
• Build AI-powered analytical tools that support auditors in identifying anomalies, trends, and risk indicators across structured and unstructured data from multiple government entities
• Build and manage on-premises AI infrastructure including GPU-accelerated compute, model serving, and data pipelines
• Develop Arabic and English natural language processing capabilities relevant to the entity's operations
• Implement data governance frameworks ensuring role-based access control, full audit trails, and compliance with national cybersecurity policies
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and provide technical recommendations to leadership on build-vs-buy decisions
• Collaborate closely with audit professionals to understand operational requirements and translate audit methodologies into AI-enabled workflows
• Lead knowledge transfer and capacity building initiatives to develop internal AI competencies across the organization

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 3+ years in AI/ML engineering or data science roles
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with large language models, generative AI, and AI agent development
• Proven ability to build AI solutions from the ground up in on-premises, security-sensitive environments
• Strong proficiency in Python, major ML frameworks, and LLM deployment
• Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, Kubernetes, and GPU infrastructure management
• Strong vendor evaluation and technical advisory skills
• Arabic language proficiency is a Plus
• GCC experience is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in audit, financial services, regulatory compliance, or government institutional environments
• Understanding of public sector audit standards and financial reporting frameworks
• Master's degree or relevant professional certifications in AI/ML
