About the Job

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of AI solutions, including LLM applications, machine learning pipelines, retrieval-augmented systems, and automation workflows.
• Translate business and product requirements into clear technical solution designs, architecture documents, and implementation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders to shape use cases and identify the best technical approaches.
• Define standards and best practices for model selection, integration, deployment, scalability, security, and monitoring.
• Design and support the implementation of AI components across cloud and enterprise environments.
• Evaluate technical feasibility, cost, latency, quality, and risk of proposed AI solutions.
• Oversee integration with existing systems, APIs, databases, and infrastructure to ensure smooth delivery.
• Guide teams on architecture decisions, trade-offs, and solution optimization.
• Participate in pilots, proof-of-concepts, and technical discovery efforts to validate proposed solutions.
• Provide clear technical documentation, presentations, and executive-ready recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, data science, or AI/ML-related technical roles.
• Strong experience designing and delivering AI or machine learning solutions in production environments.
• Solid understanding of ML/AI concepts, model lifecycle, data pipelines, APIs, cloud architecture, and system integration.
• Practical experience with Python and familiarity with common AI/ML tools and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar.
• Strong understanding of scalable architecture patterns, deployment considerations, and observability best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical recommendations.
• Experience in B2B, enterprise, industrial, or data-intensive environments is a strong plus.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
