Key accountabilities
- Develop and evolve the delivery model using AI-Native SAFe, Lean, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban, adapted to organizational, security, and operational requirements.
- Coach teams in consistent practices and increasing autonomy; establish outcome, flow, quality, and team-health measures.
- Identify suitable AI-supported delivery opportunities while maintaining human oversight, validation, and accountability.
- Help resolve impediments and systemic constraints; facilitate cross-functional intervention when needed.
- Build team capability, share reusable practices and learnings, and improve the delivery model across teams.
Education and experience
- Demonstrated experience coaching Agile teams and improving technology delivery systems in complex enterprises; small, cross-functional, or highly AI-enabled team experience is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of Lean, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, flow, empiricism, and continuous improvement.
- Experience establishing teams, supporting new ways of working, and coaching multiple teams or across a portfolio or value stream.
- Experience using delivery, flow, outcome, quality, and team-health metrics for evidence-based improvement.
- Practical understanding of AI in planning, backlog refinement, analysis, development, testing, knowledge sharing, and improvement.
- Strong coaching, facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and systemic problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Jira or similar tools; relevant Agile or coaching certifications such as SPC, ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, CSP, PSM, or equivalent qualifications.
