Job Title: Advanced Technology Program Manager (1 Position)

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Advanced Technology Program Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of strategic initiatives across emerging technology domains.

The successful candidate will manage research, concept development, and program delivery for projects that explore innovative applications of advanced technologies and translate complex ideas into practical, scalable, and impactful outcomes.

This is a hands-on role working closely with product, engineering, research, partner institutions, and the communications team to build intellectually rigorous, well-coordinated, and future-focused programs and initiatives.

Lead research and concept development for programs and initiatives involving advanced technologies.

Identify, commission, and cultivate relationships with technologists, researchers, product teams, strategic partners, and external collaborators.

Produce program briefs, technical notes, project summaries, reports, and supporting materials that communicate complex topics clearly.

Develop project timelines, delivery briefs, and coordinate implementation with technical teams and vendors.

Manage project budgets, schedules, and supplier / contractor relationships.

Organize accompanying workshops, demos, training sessions, and educational materials.

Liaise with technical and business partners to ensure accurate, ethical, and effective delivery of initiatives; arrange access to data, prototypes, or environments as required.

Oversee documentation, testing records, and archival notes for each project or initiative.

Support fundraising and proposal applications by preparing research summaries and recommendations.

Monitor stakeholder feedback and research impact; refine strategies to increase accessibility, adoption, and engagement.

Minimum BA/MA in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science, Information Systems, Product Management, or a related field; PhD or equivalent research experience preferred.

At least 3–5 years of experience in advanced technology, innovation, research, consulting, program management, or an equivalent professional setting.

Demonstrable interest in and familiarity with advanced technology topics such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, IoT, extended reality, digital innovation, or related frontier domains — deep technical expertise is not required, but proven ability to learn and collaborate with technical teams is essential.

Strong research, writing, and editorial skills — able to produce clear, engaging technical and business-facing texts and funding materials.

Project management experience: budgets, timelines, supplier coordination, and logistics.

Excellent interpersonal skills and experience building cross-disciplinary collaborations between product, engineering, research, and business teams.

Fluency in English; additional languages an asset.
