Responsibilities
- Identify potential AI use cases and support implementation, integration, and testing of AI solutions.
- Evaluate AI outputs against accuracy, reliability, and business requirements; monitor performance and identify improvements.
- Prepare datasets for model training and evaluation, and work with APIs and CRM systems to integrate AI solutions.
- Coordinate with external vendors on implementation, testing, issue resolution, and delivery.
- Prepare test scenarios, documentation, and performance reports; collaborate with stakeholders.
- Stay informed about LLMs, AI agents, and generative AI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, AI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in AI, software implementation, software testing, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, generative AI, REST APIs, JSON, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
Technical skills
- Python and libraries such as Pandas; familiarity with OpenAI, Claude, or Google Gemini APIs.
- Basic knowledge of FastAPI and LangChain; prompt engineering and AI output evaluation.
- Postman familiarity is an advantage.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
