We’re hiring a Affiliate- Specialist in Dubai to drive affiliate and influencer partnerships, manage campaigns, and optimize performance across multiple brands at Landmark Group’s CSi division.

Experience: 3-5 years
Job Role:
- Support the growth and day-to-day management of affiliate and influencer partnerships across multiple brands and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and affiliate partners to drive consistent engagement and performance.
- Coordinate campaign execution with partners, including briefing, timelines, deliverables, and performance tracking.
- Monitor partner performance (revenue, engagement, conversions) and identify opportunities to optimize and scale collaborations.
- Support the onboarding of new influencers and affiliate partners, ensuring smooth setup and alignment with program guidelines.
- Work closely with the Affiliate & Influencers Manager to implement partnership strategies and expansion plans.
- Ensure all partner activities align with brand guidelines, content standards, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Content, Paid Media) to ensure integrated campaign execution.
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in developing partner-specific plans, offers, and activations to maximize impact and return.
- Support communication and coordination between partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain accurate records of partner activities, agreements, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with influencer and affiliate trends, platforms, and best practices to enhance partnership effectiveness.
