• who can drive and manage influencer and affiliate partnerships across multiple brands and markets.
• The role involves building strong creator relationships, coordinating end-to-end campaign execution, and tracking performance to optimize engagement and conversions.

Job Location: Dubai

Responsibilities

• Support the growth and day-to-day management of affiliate and influencer partnerships across multiple brands and markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and affiliate partners to drive consistent engagement and performance.
• Coordinate campaign execution with partners, including briefing, timelines, deliverables, and performance tracking.
• Monitor partner performance (revenue, engagement, conversions) and identify opportunities to optimize and scale collaborations.
• Support the onboarding of new influencers and affiliate partners, ensuring smooth setup and alignment with program guidelines.
• Work closely with the Affiliate & Influencers Manager to implement partnership strategies and expansion plans.
• Ensure all partner activities align with brand guidelines, content standards, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Content, Paid Media) to ensure integrated campaign execution.
• Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in developing partner-specific plans, offers, and activations to maximize impact and return.
• Support communication and coordination between partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain accurate records of partner activities, agreements, and performance metrics.
• Stay updated with influencer and affiliate trends, platforms, and best practices to enhance partnership effectiveness.
