The role grows partnerships for a global trading platform offering crypto, forex and CFD products, with regulated operations across several markets.
The manager will develop partner relationships, acquire quality clients, increase trading activity and drive sustainable revenue.
Partnership growth
- Identify, approach, sign and onboard affiliates, Introducing Brokers, influencers, Key Opinion Leaders and content partners across target markets.
- Manage existing partners to improve performance, trading volume and retention, and develop new partnership opportunities.
Commercial performance
- Negotiate CPA, revenue-share and hybrid commission models.
- Monitor first-time deposits, conversion rates, traffic quality and customer lifetime value; use performance data to improve results.
- Identify and address low-quality or fraudulent traffic.
Collaboration and reporting
- Coordinate with Marketing, Product and Compliance on campaigns, landing pages and promotional materials.
- Ensure affiliate promotions meet applicable marketing compliance requirements.
- Represent the company at industry events and expos, and report channel performance, forecasts and growth plans to senior management.
Experience and capabilities
- At least 3 years of affiliate or partnership management experience at a crypto exchange, FX/CFD broker or fintech trading platform.
- An established, activatable network of affiliates, Introducing Brokers or crypto influencers.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills and a track record of growing partner revenue.
- Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as Cellxpert, MyAffiliates or similar.
- Understanding of performance metrics, Excel and reporting dashboards.
- Knowledge of crypto and derivatives products and promotional compliance requirements.
Languages
- Fluency in English is required.
- Arabic, Russian, Spanish or Portuguese language skills are advantageous.
