About This Role

Accountant / Administrative Officer

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced Accountant / Administrative Officer to join our team. This role combines accounting, administration, and coordination responsibilities to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the centre.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

  • Manage daily banking activities, including monitoring transactions and performing account reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records in coordination with the external bookkeeping team (Express Solutions)
  • Take full ownership of accounting execution, including payments and financial tracking
  • Process and manage all payments (utilities, suppliers, services, etc.) in line with approved schedules and management coordination
  • Act as the main point of coordination between contractors, suppliers, reception, management, and the bookkeeping team
  • Verify and reconcile incoming payments with reception (PayBy Link, bank transfers, etc.)

Reporting & Financial Processes

  • Prepare monthly practitioner settlement reports (per doctor/practitioner)
  • Submit reports to the Senior Accounting Team for review and approval prior to payment
  • Support payroll preparation, including staff deductions and confirmations

Quotations & Procurement Support

  • Prepare internal quotations as required
  • Source and obtain quotations from external vendors and service providers

Administration

  • Record and maintain daily sales and expense documentation
  • Manage petty cash with accurate tracking
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports
  • Maintain staff records, including leave tracking
  • Handle license renewals (Trade License, DHA, insurance, etc.)
  • Coordinate with maintenance, suppliers, and cleaning staff
  • Manage emails, calls, and general correspondence
  • Organize and maintain filing systems

PRO & HR Support

  • Process staff visas (applications, renewals, cancellations)
  • Maintain employee documentation and records

Additional Support

  • Assist with executive administrative tasks when required

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting roles
  • Proven experience in both accounting and administrative functions
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting systems
  • Fluency in Tagalog and English is required
  • UAE experience is preferred

Employment Details

  • Location: Jumeirah 1 (must be able to commute reliably)
  • Contract Duration: 2 years
  • Working Hours: 9 hours per day (including 1-hour break)
  • Clinic Hours: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM (shift-based)
  • Days Off: 2 days per week
