About This Role

We are a large and diversified group of companies based in the UAE, seeking a professional and detail oriented Administrative Officer to support our executive and corporate operations in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a dependable administrator with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of local business practices, regulations, and cultural protocols .

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous, professional, and culturally appropriate manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them promptly to the relevant departments or stakeholders.
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to executives and internal teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, documentation, and record keeping with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming reception and office environment at all times.
  • Coordinate office supplies, facilities requests, and general administrative needs.
  • Support internal processes by ensuring documentation and administrative workflows are followed consistently.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties as required to facilitate smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative, office coordination, or front office role, preferably within a corporate or group environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic .
  • Strong attention to detail with well-developed organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with UAE local regulations, business customs, and workplace etiquette .
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
