About This Role

Location: Please note the role is based in Cairo, Egypt

Job Role

  • Review and analyze English and Arabic documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Identify missing information, inconsistencies, or errors and follow up for necessary corrections.
  • Assist in improving document review procedures and workflow efficiency.
  • Evaluate daily workload and coordinate tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct monthly system checks to identify incomplete or outdated records.
  • Manage multiple priorities and work within tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Record and manage minutes for weekly team meetings.
  • Provide general administrative and office support to the IP team.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical records and documentation.
  • Support communication and coordination with clients and internal departments when required.

  • Good organizational and administrative skills.
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile when needed.
  • Good time management and punctuality.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Proactive with a flexible approach to work.

Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Word – Intermediate level preferred.
  • Microsoft Excel – Intermediate level preferred.
  • Microsoft Teams – Intermediate level preferred.
  • Microsoft Outlook – Intermediate skills preferred.

Previous Experience

  • 1–2 years of general office administration experience, preferably within a law firm, Intellectual Property (IP), or professional services environment.
  • Previous experience reviewing legal or administrative documentation is an advantage.
