Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Administrative Officer (Emirati)
to support daily office operations within a fast-paced interior fit-out environment.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth administrative processes, support project coordination, and maintain effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily administrative activities to ensure efficient office operations
- Handle documentation, filing systems, and record-keeping (physical & digital)
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and internal communications
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments for management and project teams
- Support HR functions including employee documentation, onboarding, and attendance tracking
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments for administrative requirements
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement requests
- Assist project teams with documentation related to permits, approvals, and submissions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
& Requiremnts
- UAE National (Emirati) –
Mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in administrative roles (fit-out/construction industry preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
