About This Role

Administrative Officer

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support and manage daily administrative operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in office administration, coordination, and organizational support, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes across the organization.

Office Administration & Coordination

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace.
  • Coordinate internal processes and support various departments with administrative requirements.
  • Oversee office supplies, vendor coordination, and general facility management.

Records Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including administrative documents, contracts, attendance, and filing systems.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping in line with company policies and audit standards.

Employee Support & Coordination

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to administrative matters and internal procedures.
  • Support internal coordination and contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.

Payroll & Attendance Support

  • Compile and verify attendance and leave records.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to support accurate and timely payroll processing.

Compliance & Procedures

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and administrative procedures.
  • Assist in implementing and improving administrative systems and processes.

Administrative Duties

  • Support general office administration, including vendor coordination and procurement of office supplies.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, and company events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • **Experience:** 2–3 years of experience in an Administrative Officer or similar role
  • **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with administrative systems

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Knowledge

  • Working knowledge of administrative procedures and best practices
  • Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
