We are looking for a detail-oriented

Administrative Officer

to support our Abu Dhabi office.

You will handle document translations, coordinate signatures, manage assets, and liaise with banks and government entities.

This role is perfect for someone organized, bilingual in Arabic and English, and eager to ensure smooth office operations.

This role is part of our Emiratization initiative and is open to UAE Nationals.

Your Tasks

  • Translate official documents and correspondence between Arabic and English accurately.
  • Coordinate and personally obtain required signatures for Powers of Attorney (POA).
  • Collect company assets and perks such as laptops and marketing-related gifts from suppliers.
  • Manage the collection and delivery of documents to banks and relevant organizations.
  • Communicate with government entities to stay updated on visa regulations, labour laws, and related procedures.
  • Maintain awareness of UAE Labor Law and Visa Rules to ensure compliance.
  • Handle incoming calls in Arabic and respond professionally.
  • Follow up with the Public Relations Officer (PRO) regarding employee visa updates and invoice status.
  • Assist in updating internal presentations and records.
  • Support and negotiate quotations for hotels and apartments for relocating employees.
  • Coordinate with clients to obtain security clearances for consultants.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining the supplier registration portal.
  • What do we expect from you?
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and professional in communication.
