Administrative Executive

is responsible for supporting a wide range of HR and administrative functions, including recruitment coordination, employee lifecycle management, training and development support, and performance monitoring.

The role also assists in the execution of HR programs, policies, and processes related to employee relations, employee welfare and engagement, CSR activities, and basic budgeting support.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Manager and HR Business Partner across the full spectrum of HR operations, including employee relations, employee data management, promotions, and internal transfers
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, including attendance, HRMS issues, and company policies
  • Review and analyze HR data to identify trends and support recommendations aimed at improving attraction, performance, retention, and engagement
  • Monitor and track key employee lifecycle metrics from recruitment through to offboarding, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Support the development and implementation of performance management tools such as KPIs, Balanced Scorecards, and RAG ratings
  • Assist Senior HR Management with various HR projects including salary benchmarking surveys, success profiling, market research, job descriptions, form updates, and audit documentation
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, from requisition coordination to onboarding of new employees

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
