Key Accountabilities

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences for the executive, and ensure that they are well-prepared with all necessary materials and information.
  • Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and creating itineraries.
  • Manage and screen phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, responding on behalf of the executive when appropriate.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and documents for meetings and presentations. Maintain and organize files, records, and other documents.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, both internal and external, and provide necessary support, such as arranging meeting rooms, catering, and video conferencing.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
