Overview

This role is to support stronger alignment across Sales, Management, and our Developer relationships:

Sales Operations Coordination

  • Continue coordinating across multiple sales teams, Sales Directors, and relevant departments to ensure smooth and structured operations
  • .Maintain oversight of key sales processes, documentation, and workflows linked to active projects and developer requirements
  • .Pipeline tracking and data readines
  • sEnsure reporting, scheduling, and cross-team communication remain timely, accurate, and consistent

.Launch & Event Management

  • Lead the operational planning and execution of launches — including organization of inventory, communication, and documentation
  • Maintain updated records of developer payments, unit allocations, and cancellations for full transparency
  • Plan, prepare, and manage all roadshows, open houses, and sales-related events, including:
  • Venue and logistics arrangements
  • Pre- and post-sales operational support (excluding booking)
  • Maintain and circulate the launch calendar in advance to HR, CEO, and Marketing to ensure full coordination
  • .Developer Relationship Alignment
  • Strengthen operational coordination with developers, including:
  • Scheduling and managing presentations and briefings
  • Ensuring updated sales materials and communication reach the team
  • Support consistent follow-ups and maintain clear communication channels across stakeholders

.Data, CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Own the accuracy of launch data, project status, and documentation within CRM
  • Ensure developer pipeline updates and collection tracking are timely and complete
  • Provide management-friendly reporting dashboards as required

.Agent Support & Sales Enablement

  • Continue providing one-on-one operational support to agents in identifying suitable project matches for their clients
  • Ensure agents have full access to updated inventory, pricing, and marketing materials
  • .General Expectations
  • Maintain exceptional organizational oversight and proactive communication
  • Anticipate operational needs and ensure readiness ahead of key sales activities
  • Uphold consistency and efficiency across all assigned responsibilities
