Warehouse Manager – Overseas Warehouse, Dubai | Lean Supply Chain Operations

This role oversees full-cycle overseas warehouse operation, leads site optimization & standardization, owns all operational KPIs and service quality.

Oversee full implementation and whole-process management of overseas warehouse projects aligned with warehouse operation standards and client requirements, take full accountability for overall operation quality and delivery results

2.

Drive lean operation rollout, process iteration and cost control projects to improve labor productivity, equipment OEE and warehouse space utilization

3.

Analyze and identify bottlenecks of core warehousing & logistics workflows, formulate targeted improvement plans to strengthen on-site execution capacity

4.

Build standardized warehouse operation SOPs, provide operational guidance and professional training to the on-site team to upgrade team competency and operational efficiency

Solid overseas warehouse management experience with proven end-to-end site operation leadership track record

2.

Rich practical experience in lean management, process optimization and cost reduction, data-driven operation improvement capability

3.

Excellent problem-solving skills, able to independently diagnose operational pain points and implement closed-loop improvement initiatives

4.

Fluent business English for daily client and cross-team communication (no requirement for local nationality or ethnic appearance)

5.

Experience in drafting operation standards and delivering team training, capable of managing multicultural on-site teams

Candidates with working experience in telecom high-tech, auto spare parts, furniture & home appliances supply chain are highly preferred.

Background in FMCG and beauty consumer goods is less relevant for this position.
