Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondences efficiently
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing and record-keeping systems
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as required
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflows
- Support the onboarding and administrative processes for new hires and vendors
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Previous experience in administrative support or assistant roles (preferred)
- Preferred
- Knowledge of database management systems
- Experience working in an import/export or logistics environment
