Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to manage daily order processing, client communication, and stock coordination.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, responsive on WhatsApp, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders via WhatsApp in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain proper records of all incoming and outgoing orders
- Perform daily stock entry and update inventory systems
- Coordinate and place orders with suppliers based on stock requirements
- Provide prompt and professional client servicing via WhatsApp
- Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and client requests
- Ensure order accuracy and resolve any discrepancies quickly
- Coordinate internally with operations and logistics teams
Requirements
- Prior experience in admin, order processing, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills (especially written communication on WhatsApp)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of Excel or inventory systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience in F&B, fresh produce, or trading companies
- Familiarity with handling high-volume order environments
Working Hours
As per company requirements
Dubai
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
