PECTIV is a growing premium feminine care brand based in Dubai, focused on innovation, ecommerce growth, and women’s wellness across the GCC.
We are looking for a professional and organized Admin / Assistant to support the daily operations of the company and maintain smooth office coordination.
Role Description
This role will support administrative tasks, office coordination, scheduling, and internal organization.
Responsibilities
- Handle office administration and coordination
- Manage schedules, meetings, and basic documentation
- Support recruitment coordination and office operations
- Receive visitors and maintain office organization
- Coordinate courier shipments and office supplies
- Assist management with daily administrative tasks
- Support HR and team coordination when needed
Candidate Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and email communication
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Previous admin/reception experience is preferred
- English fluency required (Arabic is a plus)
