About This Role

Overview

PECTIV is a growing premium feminine care brand based in Dubai, focused on innovation, ecommerce growth, and women’s wellness across the GCC.

We are looking for a professional and organized Admin / Assistant to support the daily operations of the company and maintain smooth office coordination.

Role Description

This role will support administrative tasks, office coordination, scheduling, and internal organization.

Responsibilities

  • Handle office administration and coordination
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and basic documentation
  • Support recruitment coordination and office operations
  • Receive visitors and maintain office organization
  • Coordinate courier shipments and office supplies
  • Assist management with daily administrative tasks
  • Support HR and team coordination when needed

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and email communication
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities
  • Previous admin/reception experience is preferred
  • English fluency required (Arabic is a plus)
