About This Role
Job Summary
The Real Estate Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the real estate team, ensuring efficient office operations, and assisting with property listings, documentation, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, manage, and organize property documents, contracts, and lease agreements
- Maintain and update property listings on various platforms
- Coordinate with clients, tenants, agents, and external stakeholders
- Schedule property viewings, meetings, and appointments
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Assist in marketing activities, including preparing brochures and advertisements
- Maintain accurate records and databases of properties and clients
- Process paperwork related to sales, leasing, and property management
- Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with real estate regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in real estate
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate CRM systems
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and procedures is an advantage

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
