**Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
**Location:** Office-based

Job Description
We are looking for a smart, fast, and reliable **Administrative Assistant** to join our office team.
This role will provide **secondary administrative support** to our existing administrator and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior experience in **administration and high management** who enjoys problem-solving and working in a dynamic environment.
There is also **strong potential for growth**, including the opportunity to become a full assistant with a higher salary within our **production company**.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to the main administrator
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally
- Organize files, documents, and schedules
- Assist with invoicing, data entry, and basic reporting
- Help resolve office and operational issues quickly and efficiently
- Support management with general office tasks as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration or office management (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Confident with computers and basic office software (email, spreadsheets, documents)
- Professional attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
