Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end office administration and ensure smooth daily operations
- Coordinate internal activities, meetings, and communication across teams
- Maintain office systems, records, and documentation for operational efficiency
- Ensure a well-organized, compliant, and productive work environment
- Manage the employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle employee documentation, records, and HR databases
- Coordinate system access, workspace setup, and employee readiness
- Provide general HR support, including responding to employee queries and assisting HR processes
- Support HR compliance and maintain confidentiality of employee information
- Manage office supplies, procurement, and inventory control
- Handle documentation, contracts, and administrative compliance
