Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and patient-focused General Dentist & Admin – Root Canal Specialist to join our growing dental team.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in performing Root Canal Treatments (RCT), diagnosing dental conditions, handling general dental procedures, and supporting clinic administration and patient coordination activities.
The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, professional ethics, and the ability to manage both clinical and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Perform consultation, diagnosis, and treatment planning for patients
- Specialize in Root Canal Treatment (RCT) procedures
- Perform general dental procedures including:
- Fillings
- Extractions
- Scaling & polishing
- Crown preparation
- Emergency dental treatments
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
- Follow DHA regulations, infection control, and sterilization protocols
- Educate patients regarding oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Coordinate with specialists for advanced cases when required
Administrative Responsibilities
- Assist in patient scheduling and treatment coordination
- Handle follow-up calls and patient communication
- Coordinate with reception and insurance teams regarding treatment plans
- Maintain treatment documentation and consent forms
- Support clinic management in operational and administrative activities
- Ensure smooth patient flow and patient satisfaction
Requirements
- DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter (Mandatory)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Dentistry (BDS/DMD/DDS)
- Minimum 2 years of UAE dental experience preferred
- Strong experience in Root Canal Treatments
- Excellent communication and patient handling skills
- Ability to multitask between clinical and administrative duties
- Immediate joiners preferred
