We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Officer with experience in hotel or restaurant operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in handling day-to-day coordination within hospitality environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations of the office, hotel, or restaurant.
- Handle scheduling, filing, documentation, and record management.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
- Assist in staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and HR-related administrative tasks.
- Prepare reports, invoices, purchase orders, and inventory documentation.
- Support hotel and restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure operational efficiency.
- Coordinate meetings, reservations, and internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administration within hotel or restaurant management.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
- Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
