About This Role

*(Hotel & Restaurant Management Experience Preferred)*

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Officer with experience in hotel or restaurant operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in handling day-to-day coordination within hospitality environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative operations of the office, hotel, or restaurant.
  • Handle scheduling, filing, documentation, and record management.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
  • Assist in staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Prepare reports, invoices, purchase orders, and inventory documentation.
  • Support hotel and restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate meetings, reservations, and internal communications.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administration within hotel or restaurant management.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
  • Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
