- Previous administrative experience (preferred, ideally within a corporate or advisory environment)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team
- Manage emails, calls, and correspondence professionally
- Maintain and organize company records and documents
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and calendars
- Assist with client onboarding and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Ensure smooth office operations and support management when required
- Handle basic reporting and data entry tasks
