About This Role
Job Location : Jebel Ali
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant with at least 5 years of UAE experience to support daily office operations and administrative functions.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of UAE office procedures, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative and office support activities
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document filing
- Prepare reports, quotations, invoices, and official letters
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies inventory and vendor coordination
- Assist HR and accounts departments with administrative tasks
- Maintain confidential records and company documents
- Liaise with government departments and service providers when required
- Support management with scheduling and operational coordination
- Drive for office-related tasks, document submissions, and client visits as needed
Requirements
- Minimum
- 5 years
- of administrative experience in the UAE
- **Valid UAE Driving License**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Familiarity with UAE office procedures and documentation
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
