About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Acquisition Specialist – Co-Brand Credit Cards to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is pivotal in driving credit card acquisition strategies, optimizing performance metrics, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of co-brand card programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit card acquisition, lifecycle management, and experience working in regulated financial services environments, particularly within the UAE market.

Responsibilities:

1. Acquisition Funnel Management:

• Own and optimize the end-to-end credit card acquisition funnel, from application initiation to card activation.
• Drive improvements in approval rates, conversion ratios, and funded card volumes.
• Identify and reduce drop-offs across each stage of the acquisition journey.

2. Data Analysis & Performance Optimization:

• Analyze approval and decline data to identify key drivers impacting application success.
• Generate actionable insights and recommend strategies to improve acquisition outcomes.
• Monitor performance metrics daily and weekly, sharing reports with stakeholders.

3. Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration:

• Work closely with banking partners’ credit, risk, and operations teams to improve approval rates while ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and marketing teams to enhance customer experience and streamline digital journeys.
• Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners.

4. Campaign & Growth Support:

• Support acquisition campaigns, growth initiatives, and seasonal demand spikes.
• Align acquisition strategies with business goals to maximize card issuance and activation.
• Continuously test and optimize strategies for improved performance.

Requirements:

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in credit card acquisition, portfolio, or lifecycle management.
• Strong background in co-brand card programs or working with issuing banks.
• Proven track record of improving acquisition and conversion metrics.
• Experience in regulated financial services environments.
• Exposure to the UAE market is mandatory.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Core Skills:

• Strong understanding of credit card acquisition and underwriting processes.
• Expertise in data analysis and performance optimization.
• Stakeholder and partner management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills (BI tools preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in digital acquisition channels and UX optimization.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks in banking.
• Arabic language proficiency (preferred).

Additional Requirements:

• Immediate availability preferred.
• Strong English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
