Location Acquisition Specialist – Vending & Beverage Stations
About This Role
GILIZA Trading L.L.C. is a Dubai-based food and beverage company focused on building modern premium beverage concepts across the UAE. Our business includes specialty coffee vending solutions under the GILIZA brand and innovative beverage station concepts such as HYDRAS.
We are expanding rapidly and aiming to place our machines and stations in high-traffic premium locations including hospitals, offices, universities, hotels, gyms, malls, and commercial centers.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Location Acquisition Specialist to help expand our network of premium vending machine and beverage station locations across Dubai and the UAE.
We are looking for someone confident in approaching businesses, securing high-potential locations, and building strong commercial partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure suitable locations for coffee vending machines and beverage stations
- Approach hospitals, offices, universities, gyms, hotels, malls, business centers, and other commercial venues
- Present the company and explain the benefits of our vending solutions
- Negotiate and coordinate potential placement opportunities
- Build relationships with property managers, business owners, and decision makers
- Continuously search for new expansion opportunities across the UAE
Important:
All proposed locations must be approved by company management before final confirmation and installation.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, business development, or location acquisition
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- UAE market knowledge and business connections are a plus
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Fluent English required (Arabic is a plus)
Compensation:
- Basic Salary: AED 6,000 per month
- AED 500 commission for each approved and successfully secured machine location
- Additional bonuses for achieving monthly placement targets
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
