Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for recruitment and hiring.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals and social media
- Screen and shortlist profiles
- Coordinate interviews with candidates
- Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities
Requirements
- 0–2 years of recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic knowledge of sourcing techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
