Overview
Gulf Bulls Properties LLC is looking for a smart, organized, and responsible **Accounts, HR & Admin Executive** to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should be capable of handling accounting, HR, and administrative responsibilities efficiently while supporting smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting and billing operations
- Manage employee attendance, payroll, and documentation
- Coordinate recruitment and HR activities
- Maintain office administration and records
- Coordinate with vendors and provide operational support
- Ensure smooth office management and administrative processes
Requirements
- Fluent in **Gujarati, Hindi, and English**
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of **MS Excel,** accounting and HR softwares
- Minimum **1–3 years of experience** in Accounts, HR, or Administration preferred
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
