Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Prepare invoices, LPOs, and payment vouchers
- Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
- Assist in monthly closing and reporting
- Manage office operations and supplies
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Handling Reception
- Maintain filing systems (physical & digital)
Experience
- 2–4 years’ experience in **accounts cum admin role**, ideally exposure to GCC/UAE
- construction industry.
- Special skills required for the job:
- Knowledge of accounting software
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good communication and organizational skills
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
