The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be able to handle administrative tasks efficiently, and maintain professional interactions with clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage phone calls and client inquiries
- Check, respond to, and organize emails
- Prepare and process invoices
- Update Statements of Account (SOA)
- Monitor accounts and follow up on payments
- Prepare and process VAT-related documents
- Process employee payroll
- Maintain and organize company files and records
- Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned
Requirements
- Female applicants only
- Age below 30 years old
- Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
