We are looking for a young, energetic, and motivated Accounts Cum Admin Assistant to join our team.
Fresh graduates and candidates with little or no experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accounting records.
- Handle invoices, receipts, and filing of documents.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Manage office files and administrative documentation.
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally.
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers when required.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
- Male candidates only.
- Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
