The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling basic accounting tasks along with general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with bookkeeping tasks
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups
- Assist in monthly financial reports and reconciliations
- Manage office administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and record keeping
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams when needed
- Support management with day-to-day administrative duties
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
