Accountant cum Admin; based in Kuppam, Andhra Pradesh.
Full-time position.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounts, vouchers, cash book, and petty cash.
- Process vendor bills and reimbursements and maintain financial records.
- Coordinate with the finance team for invoicing, MIS, and monthly reports.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and administrative documentation.
- Oversee office administration, procurement, inventory, and asset management.
- Coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance and office requirements.
- Maintain statutory records and support compliance-related documentation.
- Assist the Centre Coordinator with daily administrative and operational activities.
- Ensure proper filing and record management of financial and administrative documents.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCom/BBA) or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting and office administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word; Tally/ERP accounting software is preferred.
- Good communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Preferred skills
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in education or skill development is an added advantage.
Salary
- ₹300,000–₹360,000 per year.
