About This Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Officer to support daily office operations and handle basic accounting functions. The role involves handling administrative tasks while ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, invoicing, expense tracking, and VAT/CT-related compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to daily office operations
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when required
- Track and record company expenses and maintain organized records
- Prepare and issue invoices and monitor payments
- Handle VAT filing and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Prepare and maintain Statements of Account (SOA) for clients, suppliers and vendors
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow transactions
- Maintain filing systems for financial and administrative documents
- Coordinate with management on payment schedules and expense tracking
Requirements:
- Experience in administration and accounting / bookkeeping
- Knowledge of VAT filing and invoicing procedures
- Familiarity with bank reconciliation and expense tracking
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (Zoho or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Candidates who can join immediately or on short notice will be given priority.
