Overview
We are a growing **maintenance, renovation, and joinery company** in Dubai, looking for a **hands-on Accountant & Admin Executive** to manage daily accounting operations along with office administration and customer coordination.
This role is suited for someone who is comfortable working in a **fast-paced operational environment**, not just a desk-based accounting role.
Key Responsibilities** Accounting & Finance
- Maintain accounts using **QuickBooks**
- Record **double-entry bookkeeping and journal entries**
- Prepare **monthly statements, reports, and reconciliations**
- Handle **invoice preparation, tracking, and reconciliation**
- Manage **accounts receivable and payable**
- Prepare and maintain **salary sheets / payroll records**
- Assist with **VAT documentation and VAT filing**
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Admin & Office Operations
- Maintain organized records (invoices, LPOs, contracts, reports)
- Support general office administration and documentation
- Coordinate with operations and site teams for paperwork
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
- Assist in day-to-day office coordination
Customer Service & Coordination
- Handle basic **client inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, email)**
- Follow up on invoices and payments
- Coordinate with clients for documentation and updates
- Support scheduling and internal communication
Requirements
- **2–5 years UAE experience** in accounting role
- Strong knowledge of:
- **QuickBooks**
- Double-entry accounting
- Journal entries
- Invoice reconciliation
- VAT filing basics
- Good Excel and MS Office skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined
- Comfortable working in a **warehouse/operational office environment**
- Must be currently based in UAE
Preferred
- Experience in **maintenance, construction, or joinery companies**
- Experience handling both **accounts and admin roles**
- Good communication skills for client coordination

- Salary: Based on experience
