Overview
- We’re looking for a UAE National Account Manager to join our Skills business in Abu Dhabi, focused on driving growth across government (B2G) accounts.
- This role is ideal for someone who understands how to navigate government stakeholders, build long-term relationships, and close high-value opportunities within workforce development, training, and skills programmes.
- What you’ll be doing:
- Driving new business across government entities for skills and training solutions
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Building and growing strategic client relationships
- Leading complex deals with multiple stakeholders
- Presenting training and workforce solutions, clearly articulating value
- Meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- What we’re looking for:
- 4–7 years’ experience in B2G sales, ideally within training, L&D, or skills development (B2B exposure also valuable)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience managing long-term client relationships
- Commercially driven and comfortable in a target-led environment
