What You’ll Actually Do (aka Your Job)
- Run the show on one big account or a handful of smaller ones.
- Lead smart social retainers, always-on content, and creative campaigns that actually work.
- Be the golden bridge between client and internal teams. No vague briefs. No "wait, what are we doing again?"
- Own the meetings. Weekly calls, QBRs, the works. You’re the grown-up in the room.
- Spot opportunities before the client even thinks to ask. Be the proactive genius everyone wishes they hired sooner.
- Drive organic growth like a pro. Build trust. Upsell like it’s a second language.
- Keep tabs on revenue, forecast like a wizard, and help PMs scope the good stuff.
- Jump in on new biz pitches. Help win exciting work, not just more of the same.
- What you bring (besides a laptop and some mild caffeine addiction):
- Big-picture thinking and tactical execution. Yes, both. You can handle it.
- Instant trust energy. Clients love you, and they should.
- A brain wired for social and digital. Algorithms can’t scare you.
- Confident communication, even when the Wi-Fi cuts out.

- Commercial awareness: scopes, budgets, margins—you speak fluent spreadsheet.
