We work with sports academies, tutoring centers, and performing arts schools across multiple countries.

What You'll Do
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships across Dubai through regular in-person meetings and check-ins.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, feedback, and escalations — owning the relationship end to end.
- Onboard new customers and ensure smooth adoption of the platform, from initial setup to active usage.
- Proactively monitor client health — track usage patterns, flag at-risk accounts, and drive retention.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow account value over time.
- Resolve escalations promptly, coordinating with product and support teams where needed.
- Maintain accurate client records and account updates in CRM tools.
- Share structured client feedback with product and CS teams to inform roadmap and improvements.
- Use AI tools and agents (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) as part of your daily workflow — for drafting client updates, preparing meeting briefs, summarising account health, and automating repetitive tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Dubai resident with a valid
- UAE driving license
- (mandatory — the role involves frequent in-person client visits).
- **1–3**
- years of experience in account management, relationship management, or customer success— ideally in SaaS, tech, or a service-driven business.
- **AI-first execution**
- is non-negotiable— you should already be using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to draft client comms, prepare meeting notes, research accounts, and work faster.
- We’ll ask about this in the interview.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you're confident and professional in face-to-face meetings.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and genuinely customer-focused.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Nice to Have
- Experience managing a portfolio of 20+ accounts or clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Arabic for client conversations.
- Familiarity with tools like Intercom, HubSpot, or similar CRM/CS platforms for tracking account health and engagement.
- Experience working with education, sports, or activity-based businesses.
