About This Role
Overview
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Riyadh.
In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for your clients, ensuring their needs are met while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement and operations teams, conduct regular review meetings, and ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
- Revenue Growth & Account Expansion: Identify opportunities to increase purchasing volumes, expand services within client organizations, and promote additional procurement solutions.
- Contract & Commercial Oversight: Manage contract renewals, ensure SLA compliance, monitor pricing and margins, and support commercial discussions when required.
- Operational Coordination: Liaise between clients and internal teams, track RFQs and delivery timelines, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor client activity, track key performance indicators, prepare reports, and identify trends to support decision-making.
Qualifications Personal Characteristics
- Proven experience in Account Management, ideally in Procurement or Supply Chain.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance metrics and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Highly organized with a proactive approach to managing multiple clients and projects.
- Excellent follow-up skills and a strong sense of personal integrity.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (Written and Verbal).
