Overview
Ensure consistent sales growth and achievement of targets for the Biologic /Biosimilars portfolio across assigned government hospitals by identifying opportunities, driving access, and expanding adoption while maintaining and growing existing business.
Key Responsibilities

- across all assigned accounts and sectors.
- Ensure effective and consistent implementation of

- products across Gov. hospitals & ensuring competitive positioning and compliance.
- Develop and execute
- account plans
- focused on increasing biosimilar uptake, switching strategies, and penetration in targeted institutions.
- Conduct
- strategic engagement with key stakeholders
- to support biosimilar adoption and address concerns (efficacy, safety, interchangeability).
- Identify and drive
- new business opportunities
- , including expanding indications, new accounts, and conversion from originator biologics.
- Monitor
- market trends, competitor biosimilars, pricing dynamics, and tender outcomes
- in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with
- key accounts and decision-makers
- , ensuring alignment with customer needs and value demonstration of biosimilars.
- Support
- formulary inclusion and listing
- of biosimilar products in key institutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (medical, market access, regulatory) to ensure
- successful product launches and lifecycle management

- Represent Abbott in a professional manner aligned with company values, ensuring compliance with all
- legal, regulatory, and ethical standards

- Work closely with distributors to ensure
- efficient tender execution, quotations, product availability, and timely deliveries
