About This Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Account Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure service satisfaction, and support account growth.

The ideal candidate will act as the key point of contact for clients and work closely with internal teams to deliver a smooth and reliable service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with assigned clients and key accounts.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client communication.
  • Understand client needs and ensure service expectations are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support service delivery.
  • Follow up on client requests, issues, and performance concerns.
  • Prepare account reports and service performance updates.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
  • Support contract renewals and client retention efforts.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in account management, customer success, or client relations, preferably in a B2B or logistics environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Commercial awareness, data-driven mindset, and proficiency with CRM tools to manage account activity and performance.
  • - Experience in logistics or service-based industries is strongly preferred; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
