About This Role

Overview

We are seeking a driven, dynamic, and results-oriented Account Manager to join our growing team in Qatar.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate media sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in one of the region s most engaging entertainment and advertising markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive advertising revenue through the sale of on-screen and off-screen cinema advertising to agencies and direct clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with brands, agencies, and key decision-makers across industries.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local and regional market.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals that align client marketing goals with the power of cinema.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure flawless campaign delivery, reporting, and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, audience insights, and competitor activity to strengthen positioning and client partnerships.

Prerequisites

  • Proven track record in media or advertising sales, ideally within cinema, digital, or out-of-home media.
  • A confident, energetic, and target-driven approach to sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to create compelling sales decks.
  • A valid driving license is required.
