  • We are looking to hire a Account Manager - Partner Suceess & Sales who will work directly with used car dealers to understand their business needs, upsell relevant services, and grow mutual revenue.
  • Your success will be measured by partner retention, service adoption, and overall business growth.
  • In this role, you will:
  • Handle Partner Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of partners, ensuring strong relationships and consistent engagement
  • Identify opportunities and pitch our financing, insurance, and car evaluation services to existing partners
  • Drive adoption of services that increase penetration and generate commission revenue for partners
  • Understand partner workflows and recommend customized service bundles that enhance their operations
  • Monitor partner performance, identify trends, and take proactive steps to optimize outcomes
  • Onboard new partners and train them on how to effectively use our platform and services
  • Work with sales, operations, product, and customer support to deliver a smooth partner experience

Requirements

  • A minimum of secondary education.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally in automotive, fintech, SaaS, or insurance
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry
  • Past experience using CRM software
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain B2B relationships
  • Strong customer service attitude, work ethic, and a drive for success
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Must possess excellent data entry skills
  • Results-driven mindset with comfort in a target-oriented role
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline, prioritize tasks, and close deals
  • Knowledge of the automotive ecosystem is a strong plus
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
